DESCRIPTIONS FOR ADDICTION TREATMENT SERVICES //

DAY/NIGHT TREATMENT (PHP):​​

Day/Night Treatment is designed for patients who may require a more structured or intensive level of care.

 Day/Night treatment provides medical, clinical, psychiatric and ancillary services, as well as a continuum of care for patients being discharged from Inpatient and Outpatient Detox Facilities, Hospitals, or Residential settings who remain at high risk for relapse.

 This level of care utilizes solution oriented traditional medical care, individual and group therapy, hypnotherapy, relapse prevention techniques, wellness, nutritional counseling, as well as recreational opportunities.

 While involved within the Day/Night level of care, you are held accountable for:

• Daily Meeting Logs & Personal Inventory Sheets
• Daily & Weekly Chores
• Daily House Meetings
• Weekly Contact With Family And Updates
• Random Urinalysis
• Random Breathalyzer

Outpatient (OP):

 Once a patient reach the outpatient level of care, heavy emphasis is usually focused on continued stabilization of the individual, maintaining therapeutic sessions as needed, and focusing in on attaining long term goals they are striving for.

 The Outpatient Services normally consists of weekly therapeutic sessions with their assigned therapist, as well as group therapy at a minimum one time per week. This helps in fostering the person’s overall growth and development.

 While at the OP level of care, assistance may be provided for job training skills, resume building, and educational endeavors that the patient is striving for.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT THERAPY (IOP):

 IOP is a step down level to Day/Night level of care and provides the patient with appropriate contact with daily routines, while re-introducing the patient to activities of daily living.

 Intensive outpatient treatment program normally requires patients to meet three to five days per week for group therapy, with a minimum of one individual therapy session weekly with an assigned primary therapist.

IOP programs are designed to help promote the transition from treatment, to a successful life in society.

Customary IOP Services May Include:

• Sliding Scale Payments

• Transportation To & From IOP Included

• Transportation To Outside Sober Support Programs

• Daily Transport To Gym

• Outside SMART Recovery, AA/NA & Self-Help Meetings

• Case Management

• Assistance In Job Searching
