Generally addiction treatment centers accept most major insurance plans. They will work directly with your insurance company to confirm what benefits are available under your individual or family plan. Once your precise coverage is confirmed, an assessment is made by the treatment provider to determine the best course of treatment for you. Each center accepts different insurance plans below and may or may not accept all the carriers below.
Many providers also accept sliding scale payments as well.
